About
Each of the two independent suites at Joya Beach Suites & Villa may house up to five people. A single unit can be rented for up to five visitors, while the entire villa can accommodate up to ten guests. Each suite has an own beach, garden, and pool as well as being completely private.
Chini Apartment: Living on the Ground Floor
The 80 square meter Chini apartment is on the ground level and is placed there. It has a living room, a kitchen, and two double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. Visitors can take advantage of a sizable porch that looks out over the garden and their own private infinity pool, which is around 25 square meters in size and provides breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean.
Ju Apartment: Living in a Penthouse
The Ju apartment is a 70 square meter penthouse with two double bedrooms, an ensuite bathroom for each bedroom, and a kitchen and living area. Both the expansive patio and the 16 square meter garden, both of which include private pools with stunning views of the Indian Ocean, are available to guests.
Luxurious amenities
With a fridge freezer, double steel sink, gas range, microwave oven with grill, kettle, blender, toaster, and pots and plates, each apartment has a fully functional kitchen. The living rooms have NETFLIX connections and smart TVs. Air conditioning, mosquito netting, safety deposit boxes, and three-pin outlets with USB ports are included in the bedroom furniture. Shampoo, shower gel, soap, and hair dryers are all provided in the restrooms.
