Xanadu Luxury Villas is a luxurious beachfront property located on Zanzibar’s southeast coast. Surrounded by a tropical garden and swaying palm trees, our resort offers seven unique villas, each with its own charm. All our villas provide all-inclusive accommodations, including meals and drinks, prepared by our world-class chef. Guests can savor delicious cuisine infused with local spices, fresh vegetables, and herbs grown in our own garden. Our extensive wine selection features handpicked varieties from around the world. Each villa is well-appointed with a sitting area, plunge pool, fridge, outside shower, spacious bathroom(s) with his and her sinks, and daily housekeeping and laundry services. Among our villas
Four offer spacious rooms and kitchens, while three boast direct beach access. Our on-site activities manager is available to assist guests in planning island activities, water sports, and excursions. Guided activities such as sea kayaking, snorkeling, and SUP boarding can be enjoyed right from Xanadu’s beach. For ultimate relaxation, guests can indulge in rejuvenating treatments at our exclusive Kiota Spa. Our villa options include three two-bedroom villas and three one-bedroom villas, each designed with comfort and luxury in mind.

Mlima and Korongo Villa (2BR) offer spacious accommodations with private baths, generous sitting areas, and private plunge pools. The beachfront Mbingu Villa (2BR), fit for a president, boasts ocean view balconies, private bathrooms and sitting areas, a grand salon, and two private plunge pools, including one on the second floor. Umande Villa (1BR), located right on the beach, provides indoor and outdoor sitting rooms, a private bathroom, and a private plunge pool. Adjacent to Umande Villa is our romantic honeymoon suite, Alfajiri Villa (1BR), featuring one bedroom, a spacious parlor, a private plunge pool, and a beautiful terrace with ocean views.
