Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi, Kenya
Your tour begins in Nairobi, Kenya’s lively capital. When you arrive, your safari guide will meet you and take you to your 4-star accommodation in the city. You can pay an extra fee to upgrade to a 5-star hotel. Enjoy your first night in Nairobi’s bustling urban setting.

Day 2: Nairobi’s Attractions & Arrival in Amboseli, Kenya
Following an early breakfast, we will take you on a guided tour of Nairobi, highlighting historic landmarks and attractive sights. We will next travel south to Amboseli National Park in Tanzania, which is known for its big elephant populations and beautiful vistas of Mount Kilimanjaro.

Day 3: Explore the Wonders of Kenya’s Amboseli National Park
Begin your day with an exploration wildlife drive in Kenya’s second most popular national park, Amboseli. Look out for giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeests, hippos, and other wildlife. Later, we return to Nairobi for one more night.

Day 4: A Visit to Lake Naivasha in Kenya
On Day 4, we travel from Amboseli to Lake Naivasha, a freshwater lake famed for its stunning beauty and diverse bird life. A boat excursion on the lake, which is optional, provides close encounters with Hippo and numerous bird species.

Day 5: Lake Nakuru National Park in Kenya
A full-day safari at Lake Nakuru National Park is planned for day five, where you can see endangered black and white rhinos, Rothschild’s giraffes, and Burchell’s zebras.

Day 6: Lake Naivasha & Kenya’s Legendary Masai Mara
After breakfast, we say farewell to Lake Naivasha and go to Kenya’s most famous safari site, the Masai Mara National Reserve. This is one of Africa’s top game reserves, with large concentrations of plains game including Africa’s Big Five.

Day 7: A Full Day in Kenya’s Maasai Mara
Spend the day watching the world-famous Wildebeest Migration and spotting the fantastic big cat sightings (lion, leopard, and cheetah).

Tanzania, Day 8: Maasai Mara to Lake Victoria
As we leave Kenya, we enter into Tanzania and head to Lake Victoria, the world’s second-largest freshwater lake. Optional lake activities are available here.

Day 9: Lake Victoria to Tanzania’s Serengeti National Park
Travel from Lake Victoria to the beautiful Serengeti National Park, one of Tanzania’s top national parks and one of the best animal viewing sites.

Day 10: Explore the Serengeti in Greater Depth, Tanzania
Spend the day exploring the ‘endless grasslands’ of the Serengeti National Park, which is famous for its high populations of cheetahs, lions, and leopards.

Day 11: Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Tanzania
Following a last wildlife drive in Serengeti National Park, we drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area, which is another highlight of our Kenya & Tanzania Lodge Safari.

Day 12: Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara Lodge, Tanzania
In Africa’s Eden, the Ngorongoro Crater, you may see Africa’s Big 5 and the uncommon black rhino. Later, we travel to our second safari lodge, which is located close Lake Manyara National Park.
Breakfast, Picnic Lunch, and Dinner are all included.
Day 13: Departure from Arusha, Tanzania and Lake Manyara National Park
Before departing from Arusha, the primary travel hub for safaris to the famous Northern Tanzania Safari Circuit, enjoy your final game drive at Lake Manyara National Park, known for its rich birdlife.
Breakfast and a picnic lunch are included.
The Great Migration of Wildebeests
The Great Wildebeest Migration is a dynamic and unexpected natural wildlife event. These herds span around 1200 kilometres in a vast circular path. The timing and location of the migration varies from year to year, making each viewing a genuinely unique experience.
